Nursing care at Hartsfield Village Rehabilitation focuses on serving the differing clinical needs of our residents and patients. Our long-term nursing services are intended for individuals who require long-term skilled or intermediate nursing care, lasting months or even years.

Our long-term residents may be unable to return home due to advanced age or illness. At Hartsfield Village, our dedicated restorative nursing program, along with a designated restorative gym, helps ensure our long-term care residents receive optimal treatments, activities, and exercises in an effort to maintain the highest attainable level of function.

Therapy staff consistently monitor residents to determine whether a higher level of therapeutic intervention is needed.

For our residents needing long-term nursing care, our devoted staff is closely involved in assisting them with activities of daily living and mobility.

Fees

Many residents in Nursing Care have their fees met in whole or in part by Medicare or Medicaid programs. Nursing Care at Hartsfield Village is certified by both programs. These programs establish the qualifications and requirements for resident payment. The admissions staff at Nursing Care will be able to answer questions specific to your situation. For individuals who are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, there are daily fees based on private suite or semi-private suite options.
