Assisted Living is ideal for individuals who require some help with life's everyday tasks. These tasks, such as bathing, dressing, medication administration, meal preparation, etc., are commonly called Activities of Daily Living, or ADLs.
The Hartsfield Village Assisted Living apartments, licensed by the State of Indiana, have nursing presence 24 hours per day, seven days per week, to assist with the ADLs. This is provided in a residential setting that is beautiful to the eye as well as the spirit. Residents complete the apartments with their own favorite furnishings, making them feel at home.

Fees
Residents in Assisted Living pay a Monthly Service Fee. This fee is dependent on the size of the apartment selected.
Residents pay a one-time Community Fee in the amount of $2,000.
If there are two people residing in an Independent Living or Assisted Living apartment, an additional monthly fee is charged for the second person.

Yes, the Assisted Living at Hartsfield Village holds the distinction of being licensed by the State of Indiana under the regulations for Residential Care.
Prospective residents complete an application, which includes not only personal information, but also medical information from the applicant's doctor. Also required is a pre-admission nursing evaluation by our nursing staff to determine an individual's exact needs and preferences.
Yes, there is a Medical Director who can serve as the resident's attending physician. There is also a full-time advanced nurse practitioner on campus. Residents may also retain their private physicians and visit them at their offices, when needed.
Your family and friends are always welcome at Hartsfield Village. A guest may spend the night in your apartment, or may reserve a guest room for a nominal fee in Independent Living, which is connected and just a short walk.
Yes, the car can be parked in one of the outdoor areas. However, residents may continue to utilize our scheduled transportation if they choose.
