Responsible for interacting in a courteous and friendly manner with guests, residents and staff. Light secretarial duties, staff's the switchboard and monitors emergency response system. Must possess good telephone communication skills and type 45 - 50 wpm. Hours: 4:30pm-8:30pm (1 - 2 nights per week) and 8:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm-8:30pm (2 weekends and 1 off) and holiday coverage.
