Assist in organizing and supervising the Food Service Department. Maintain records, order supplies, assist with assurance of safety and sanitation standards, assessment of resident food acceptance and needs- both individual and general, as well as promote favorable public relations. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year dining room service experience and a have good communication skills. Knowledge of all phases of dietary services. Position is Part-Time, approximately 20 hours p/w, varied days, weekends required, approximately 20 hours per week.
